Heavy, Thick vinyl. Looks very well built. it's very heavy to move around and not the easiest to put away by yourself lol but the kids love it. The single blower seems more than enough to inflate it. i got in it at 230lbs with the kids and didn't sink at all. felt very firm to walk on at my weight
