We handle it from there. We file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Out of stock or backordered?
When you place your order your card is pre-authorized, not charged. We only charge you once we have confirmed with the warehouse that your unit is in stock and ready to ship. If it turns out to be unavailable, we will email you within 24–48 hours and you choose: wait for the restock, swap for a comparable unit, or cancel — and the authorization is released without you ever being charged.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from your delivery date to start a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original, unassembled condition
- It must be in the original manufacturer packaging
- A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of undamaged, non-defective items
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility on non-damaged returns

Satisfactory Overall! Site easy to use. Pricing reasonable. Material Average to less. Be aware of blower power. I have Big Bear Vortex Fan 3500 RPM at lowest setting managed to unravel stitching at top of tube on 1st use during an 8 hour business day. Didn't attempt to return or ask for refund within 14 day return policy...To busy. Don't know if a baffle product or style can and be added to there product lines.
