You have 30 days from your delivery date to start a return. To be eligible:

I spent a lot of home searching for a decent sized bouncer. This one is a huge and great for kids, mine are 6-10 and they all enjoy it! Good quality and have had no issues.
We are so happy we bought this for the children! It's wonderful fun for them and the friends that come over. It's totally safe and blows up fully in less than a minute. It makes every party more fun! This has paid for itself several times over already since renting one is so expensive.

I worried if this bounce house would be large enough to accommodate all 4 of my children at one time. My children are aged 3-11. My 2 oldest are extremely tall for their ages. Well to my surprise it did. The set up is extremely easy and it’s well worth the price! I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.
