When shipping your personalized 10x10 canopy American Tent works with the trusted freight carriers. While we do not own or operate shipping services, we work with dedicated contacts to ensure you get the best, most efficient, and cost-effective delivery experience.

Please be aware that many of our shipments will require a forklift to receive.

Signature is required for receipt at the time of delivery.

Customers are always welcome to arrange for their own pickup from our Green Bay, WI facility.

How The Ordering Process Works When Buying a Custom Built 10x10 Tent?

Order

The custom ordering process will look different for everyone but it typically starts with contacting our team via phone or email. Our helpful sales reps will work with the remainder of our team to create a custom quote for your review.

Artwork Submission

We request that artwork files are submitted as a vector file (commonly file names ending in .ai or .eps) to ensure clear printing when the graphic size is increased.

Artwork Briefing

Before moving forward with the canopy graphics, our design team will create a 3D rendering for your approval.

Artwork Completion

Once you are ready to move forward with your custom printed tent purchase, please approve the artwork rendering and complete your purchase with your sales rep.

Production & Delivery

When your purchase has been finalized, your custom canopy tent will be moved into the production queue. Custom event tents typically take 1-2 weeks to manufacture and are shipped via freight. Transit times are typically between 3-7 business days.
