I purchased the Sapphire 3 Hybrid Sauna and it's beautiful. Israel was wonderful to work with and I even received my sauna weeks earlier than expected. Look no further if you're in the market for a true outdoor infrared sauna.
I use the sauna about 5 times/week. I LOVE having bluetooth inside the sauna so I can listen to podcasts and/or music. If you are thinking about getting a sauna, I would not go smaller than the 3-person sauna as it fits two very comfortably. And, when I'm in the sauna by myself, I have room to have my back flat on the bench (which is great after my back surgery).
Assembly was not a problem at all. My handyman put it together by himself (with little assistance from me). The directions were straightforward since we got the flat roof. My sauna is located in my side yard and it only takes maybe 10 minutes to heat up. So far, three of my coworkers are trying to purchase a sauna for their residences. :)
