It says that it takes two adults to put together but I was able to do it all by myself in an hour and a half and I am a small person. No problems whatsoever! We have used it every day since. Very relaxing with the lights and super simple to hook our phones up to the bluetooth sound system. AMAZING!

Buying this sauna was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. Came in on a pallet, very timely delivery. Easy to assemble takes about 45min to unpack and put together. Prepare for trash a wood pallet and 6 large boxes will remain to throw away, but it is all worth it in the end. I work a high stress sales job on the phone, between that and all the other aches, pains and mental stresses that come about day to day. I wake up and use the sauna 30min every morning before I start my day and my life has dramatically changed as far as mental clarity and everything else it promises. Highly recommended to all family friends and all you fat losers out there looking to make a change!
