How freight delivery works
Large inflatables ship by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. Delivery is curbside — the driver is not required to bring the unit inside or around back. Commercial units are heavy, so please have a second person available to help move it.
If your shipment arrives damaged
Inspect the packaging while the driver is still there.
This is the single most important step. Freight insurance claims depend on damage being recorded at delivery.
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Even if it looks minor.
- Photograph the damaged packaging and any damage to the unit itself.
- Email the photos and your order number to ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com.
We handle it from there. We file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Out of stock or backordered?
When you place your order your card is pre-authorized, not charged. We only charge you once we have confirmed with the warehouse that your unit is in stock and ready to ship. If it turns out to be unavailable, we will email you within 24–48 hours and you choose: wait for the restock, swap for a comparable unit, or cancel — and the authorization is released without you ever being charged.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from your delivery date to start a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original, unassembled condition
- It must be in the original manufacturer packaging
- A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of undamaged, non-defective items
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility on non-damaged returns

Robert H. Initial set up went well, the bladder system needs some work, leaks too much water, event with water pressure turned down. Over all the unit looks good, weight of unit is lighter than expected, very easy to roll. Will give a more in depth review once it has about 20-30 rentals on it.
