Anonymous purchased this gazebo from a 3rd party store. After it was all built, we realized the bug netting was missing from the top tier canopy. When I called the store to have them correct this, they said that the only thing they could do was to have me ship back and return the whole gazebo to Unhappy with this, I phoned Shelterlogic directly and they tracked a replacement piece and sent it out in a matter of days! Now that is top notch customer service. I am loving my gazebo and would definitely by from them directly next time.
