Shipping and Returns
All orders include free shipping with full cargo insurance to the contiguous 48 states. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment your inflatable arrives.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email with your full order details. That email means your purchase has been processed and your card pre-authorized. Our team then contacts the supplier or warehouse to confirm your item is in stock and ready to ship.
Out of stock? If your item is out of stock or on backorder, we'll notify you by email within 24–48 hours of your order. You'll have the option to wait, swap for a comparable unit, or receive a full refund.
Shipping Timeline
- Day 0 — Order placed. Confirmation email sent immediately. Card pre-authorized.
- Days 1–3 — Processing & packaging. Stock confirmed, card charged, order packed for freight pickup.
- Days 3–8 — Tracking issued. Tracking number and freight carrier contact emailed to you. No tracking after 8 days? Contact us immediately.
- Days 5–10 — Delivery. Freight carrier delivers to your address. Inspect packaging on arrival and note any damage before signing.
Freight Deliveries
All shipments include free cargo insurance. Large items ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carrier. Freight delivery is curbside — the driver is not required to bring items inside. Please have assistance available for large items.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect your packaging carefully when the freight driver is still present. If you see any exterior damage:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing — this is critical for filing a freight insurance claim
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and any damage to the unit itself
- Email photos + your order number to ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com
We'll file an insurance claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Returns — 30-Day Policy
30-day return window — you have 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return. After 30 days, returns are not accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original, unassembled condition
- Must be in the original manufacturer packaging
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of undamaged, non-defective items
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for non-damaged returns
- Restocking fee and return shipping are waived for items that arrive damaged or defective

Warranty & Defect Claims
For manufacturing defects or warranty claims, email the following to ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com:
- Close-up photos of the defect
- Wide-shot photo showing the full unit
- Your order number
- Brief description of the issue
