Instructions are clear, but you need to follow them very closely, and allow time to assemble. I actually customized it significantly, I used it as a foundation structure for a sort of greenhouse. I made one side higher (put risers under two legs) and used clear poly roof panels; since I changed the roof angle I had to do a lot of modifications, drilling new holes and bolting things together differently than intended. The end result is wonderful.
