How Bounce Rewards works
- Membership is free and is tied to your Shopify customer account.
- You earn 1 point for each whole dollar of eligible merchandise paid for, rounded down. Shipping, tax, discounts, gift cards, and refunded amounts do not earn points.
- 100 points equal $1 of store credit. Points are not cash and cannot be transferred.
- Refunds reverse the points earned on the refunded eligible amount. If points have already been redeemed, the balance may be adjusted after the refund.
- Store-credit codes are single-use, account-scoped, and expire 30 days after they are created. Unused reserved points return automatically when a code expires.
