How freight delivery works
If your shipment arrives damaged
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Even if it looks minor.
- Photograph the damaged packaging and any damage to the unit itself.
- Email the photos and your order number to ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com.
We handle it from there. We file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Out of stock or backordered?
When you place your order your card is pre-authorized, not charged. We only charge you once we have confirmed with the warehouse that your unit is in stock and ready to ship. If it turns out to be unavailable, we will email you within 24–48 hours and you choose: wait for the restock, swap for a comparable unit, or cancel — and the authorization is released without you ever being charged.

You have 30 days from your delivery date to start a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original, unassembled condition
- It must be in the original manufacturer packaging
- A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of undamaged, non-defective items
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility on non-damaged returns

I used it for the 4th of July; I put it on my front lawn;everybody like it
Yes!
As advertised. Works well
Great for what we needed
Moral: Buy it. If you are reading this drunk, just buy it. You won't regret it for a second.
Well, I was laughing and slightly inebriated when I read the other reviews. I decided, what the heck I'm buzzed let's do this! First, I got it to annoy my family and have this out when people come over because everyone complains the driveway is too hard to spot.
Okay, unpackaged it and it took 45 seconds to see the crazy wacky inflatable flailing arm tube man in full stride. Made me smile and laugh. Sent pictures to my family and they all loved it. This thing will get plenty of use. So glad I bought this.
