- Photograph the damaged packaging and any damage to the unit itself.
- Email the photos and your order number to ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com.
We handle it from there. We file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Out of stock or backordered?

If it turns out to be unavailable, we will email you within 24–48 hours and you choose: wait for the restock, swap for a comparable unit, or cancel — and the authorization is released without you ever being charged.

- The item must be unused and in original, unassembled condition
- It must be in the original manufacturer packaging

Just what we were looking for! Arrived in time for my niece's birthday party. I can’t wait to watch the kiddos jump off of it. And lounge around with a nice cold beverage on it. Very sturdy. Holds a bit of weight. We haven’t had any problems with it sinker anything. We’ve even put a little kid slide on it with 0 issues. Thinking about buying another one already to make a bigger island!
Love this raft! Better than a Lily pad. My dog also enjoys it and no problem with her nails on it. Very sturdy! Only takes a few minutes to inflate.
Great deal. Kids love it and strong enough to hold several adults
