How freight delivery works
If your shipment arrives damaged
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Even if it looks minor.
- Photograph the damaged packaging and any damage to the unit itself.
- Email the photos and your order number to ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com.
We handle it from there. We file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Out of stock or backordered?
When you place your order your card is pre-authorized, not charged. We only charge you once we have confirmed with the warehouse that your unit is in stock and ready to ship. If it turns out to be unavailable, we will email you within 24–48 hours and you choose: wait for the restock, swap for a comparable unit, or cancel — and the authorization is released without you ever being charged.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from your delivery date to start a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original, unassembled condition
- It must be in the original manufacturer packaging
- A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of undamaged, non-defective items
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility on non-damaged returns
To start a return, email your order number and reason to ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com. We respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

a good product!
I have to review this product because it performed flawlessly for my 13 grandchildren over the July 4th week. After reading most of the reviews on this product I decided to also purchase the ball that is positioned midway between the boat and Super Mabel.
