How freight delivery works
If your shipment arrives damaged
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Even if it looks minor.
- Photograph the damaged packaging and any damage to the unit itself.
- Email the photos and your order number to ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com.
We handle it from there. We file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Out of stock or backordered?
When you place your order your card is pre-authorized, not charged. We only charge you once we have confirmed with the warehouse that your unit is in stock and ready to ship. If it turns out to be unavailable, we will email you within 24–48 hours and you choose: wait for the restock, swap for a comparable unit, or cancel — and the authorization is released without you ever being charged.

You have 30 days from your delivery date to start a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original, unassembled condition
- It must be in the original manufacturer packaging

A special thanks to Ryan for working out the issue with the mislabeled tube man and making sure I had the correct fellow to celebrate our Yardi Gras season.
My 3 year old granddaughter loved it. we had lots of fun dancing with it. I look forward to being entertained by him again next year.
I was easy to operate. My only negative comment is that the blower is a bit
loud, but that not keep me from enjoying it
Item was received on time. Purchased this for a friend and it's awesome. She loves it. Seems to be of good quality. Time will tell. No complaints.
Love it!!
