The tent top comes with one 10'x20' left end piece, one 10'x20' right end piece, and one 20'x20' middle pieces. Lacing all three pieces together to make a 20'x40' tent top. It can also add more middle section in 20'x20' size to expand the tent to 20'x60', 20'x80', etc. In addition, one could only use the 10'x20' left end piece and the 10'x20' right end piece to create a 20'x20' tent top. |

We handle it from there. We file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Out of stock or backordered?
When you place your order your card is pre-authorized, not charged. We only charge you once we have confirmed with the warehouse that your unit is in stock and ready to ship. If it turns out to be unavailable, we will email you within 24–48 hours and you choose: wait for the restock, swap for a comparable unit, or cancel — and the authorization is released without you ever being charged.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from your delivery date to start a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original, unassembled condition
- It must be in the original manufacturer packaging
- A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of undamaged, non-defective items
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility on non-damaged returns
