Large inflatables ship by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. Delivery is curbside — the driver is not required to bring the unit inside or around back. Commercial units are heavy, so please have a second person available to help move it.
If your shipment arrives damaged
Inspect the packaging while the driver is still there.
This is the single most important step. Freight insurance claims depend on damage being recorded at delivery.
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Even if it looks minor.
- Photograph the damaged packaging and any damage to the unit itself.
- Email the photos and your order number to ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com.
We handle it from there. We file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Out of stock or backordered?
When you place your order your card is pre-authorized, not charged. We only charge you once we have confirmed with the warehouse that your unit is in stock and ready to ship. You have 30 days from your delivery date to start a return. To be eligible:
