How freight delivery works
Large inflatables ship by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. Delivery is curbside — the driver is not required to bring the unit inside or around back. Commercial units are heavy, so please have a second person available to help move it.
If your shipment arrives damaged
Inspect the packaging while the driver is still there.
This is the single most important step. Freight insurance claims depend on damage being recorded at delivery.
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Even if it looks minor.
- Photograph the damaged packaging and any damage to the unit itself.
- Email the photos and your order number to ryan@inflatablebouncehouseforsale.com.
We handle it from there. We file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Out of stock or backordered?
When you place your order your card is pre-authorized, not charged. We only charge you once we have confirmed with the warehouse that your unit is in stock and ready to ship. If it turns out to be unavailable, we will email you within 24–48 hours and you choose: wait for the restock, swap for a comparable unit, or cancel — and the authorization is released without you ever being charged.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from your delivery date to start a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original, unassembled condition
- It must be in the original manufacturer packaging
- A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of undamaged, non-defective items
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility on non-damaged returns
Arrived damaged or defective? The restocking fee and return shipping are both waived. You are never charged for our mistake or a carrier's.

- 1Buy from us firstPrice matches are reviewed after purchase, so complete your order at our listed price.
- 2Send us both linksEmail your order number, the link to our product, and the link to the competitor's listing.
- 3We review and refundWe verify the listing and refund the difference to your original payment method.
How we compare the price: we look at the item price plus shipping on both listings, and exclude sales tax added at final invoice. Since our freight shipping is free, that comparison is usually in your favor.
What qualifies

- The identical product and brand we carry
- Competitor is an authorized reseller for that manufacturer
- Competitor is an online-only store
- The item is currently in stock on their site
- Submitted within six months of your purchase date

Not eligible
- Wholesalers, liquidators, distributors and auction sites (eBay, Overstock, Via Trading and similar)
- Sellers with a retail location, showroom or public warehouse
- Rebate offers and bundle promotions such as buy-three-get-one-free
- Out-of-stock or backordered competitor listings
- Requests made more than six months after purchase
