We handle it from there. We file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

When you place your order your card is pre-authorized, not charged. We only charge you once we have confirmed with the warehouse that your unit is in stock and ready to ship. If it turns out to be unavailable, we will email you within 24–48 hours and you choose: wait for the restock, swap for a comparable unit, or cancel — and the authorization is released without you ever being charged.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from your delivery date to start a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original, unassembled condition
- It must be in the original manufacturer packaging
- A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of undamaged, non-defective items
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility on non-damaged returns

Up to 12 kids I had 10 n it worked out
we recently purchased the Island Hopper for our wedding. The unit is very small but works well for young children.
This item was great for the kids! I thought it was going to be bigger than it actually was but it was still a great item.
Excellent quality and comfortably fits 4 kids. A little smaller than appears in pictures but it is a great unit.
